Turn on multi-factor authentication
From Settings → Security, click Enable MFA and scan the QR code with an authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator).
Recovery codes
After enrollment you receive 10 one-time recovery codes. Store them somewhere safe — they are the only way to sign in if you lose your device.
