Vurtti User Agreement

Version 1.0.0 — Effective on publication date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vurtti ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be authorized to bind your organization and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

You will use Vurtti only for lawful compliance and obligation management. You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Vurtti a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are described at checkout and in the Order Form.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted, Vurtti's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Either party may terminate for material breach. Vurtti may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

Vurtti may publish new versions of this Agreement. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.
